Mashed Potato (33%) (Potato, Butter (Cream (Milk), Salt), Salt), Chicken (20%), (Chicken, Spices, Garlic, Salt, Sugar), Carrots (18%), Gravy (15%) (Water, Chicken Stock (Water, Chicken, Onions, Carrots, Celery, Herbs, Spices), Rice Bran Oil, Rice Flour, Soy Sauce, Salt, Gravy Browning (Contains Natural Colour (Caramel)), Herbs, Garlic, Onion, Xanthan Gum, Spices, Yeast Extract), Peas (15%).

Heating Instructions
Heat from frozen. Remove cardboard box. Pierce the film lid before heating. The film is easily removed when warm.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C. Fan bake in this ovenproof pack for 30-35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. NB: Dish may melt if placed too close to a heating element, take care when using bench-top ovens.
MICROWAVE: (1000watt) Microwave on medium for 7-8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Heating times are a guide and may vary according to your appliance. Meal contains both uncooked and cooked ingredients. Heat until piping hot before consuming (75°C or above).
