270g – Single Serve Frozen

Slow cooked pork shoulder in a Moroccan style sauce with chickpeas. Try serving in a lettuce cup or with couscous.


Pork, Chickpeas (Chickpeas, Water, Salt), Chicken Stock (Chicken, Water, Carrots, Onions, Celery, Herbs, Spices), Carrot, Raisins, Garlic, Ginger, Maize Starch, Cumin, Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Heating Instructions

Heat from chilled.

MICROWARE: (100W): Remove cardboard sleeve, leave on clear film. Microwave for 2 ½ minutes or until thoroughly heated.

OVEN: Remove cardboard sleeve and clear film, cover with tin foil. Preheat oven to 180 C. Fan bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

You can transfer into your own microwave or oven proof dish to heat.
