A mild Japanese style curry with tofu, edamame beans and kumara. This dish is suitable for vegans. Try serving with rice and your choice of steamed vegetables.


Kumara, Vegetable Stock (Water, Carrots, Onions, Herbs, Salt), Tofu (Filtered Water, Soybeans, Mineral Salt-Calcium Sulphate), Onion, Edamame Beans, Capsicum, Carrot, Soy Sauce (Contains Soy, Wheat), Rapeseed Oil, Wheat Flour, Garlic, Ginger, Spices.

Contains Wheat, Soybean.

Heat from chilled.

MICROWARE: (100W): Remove cardboard sleeve, leave on clear film. Microwave for 2 ½ minutes or until thoroughly heated.

OVEN: Remove cardboard sleeve and clear film, cover with tin foil. Preheat oven to 180 C. Fan bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

You can transfer into your own microwave or oven proof dish to heat.
