Zone 1: Auckland
Zone 2: Waikato & Bay of Plenty
Zone 3: Northland, Taranaki, Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, Manawatu-Wanganui, Wellington

Delivery is limited to commercial/industrial areas in the North Island only. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to residential or rural addresses. If you are unsure, please continue to complete the registration process and we will let you know if we can deliver to your address.

Shipping

We do our very best to deliver within the times given, but as we deliver via an independent freight company, please be aware these times can alter.

If you have any issues with your order please contact us by email on onlineorders@frozenfresh.co.nz.

If for any reason we are unable to supply any product(s) you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible to ask if you would like another product at the same or higher value or issue an immediate refund on the item.

You can contact the Frozen Fresh team anytime on email at onlineorders@frozenfresh.co.nz and we’ll aim to get back to you within 90 minutes, between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Returns

If for any reason you have received an incorrect item or your order has not been delivered and you’re not happy with your order please contact us at onlineorders@frozenfresh.co.nz with your order number. You must notify Frozen Fresh Limited via phone or email within 24 hours of the delivery being made. Do not consume or dispose of items until you have heard back as we will need you to send photos of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.

If we ask you to ship back the goods please address the return package to Frozen Fresh Limited, 91 Gargan Road, Tauriko, Tauranga 3110.

Please pack the items securely in the box your meals were delivered in. All products must be returned in good condition, in the original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit. We will send all this information to you in an email if we require you to send the goods back.
